• Ordering enhancement
  The number ordering wizard has been enhanced to provide a better user experience while requesting new numbers.
  This will also reduce the time to deliver numbers.
  4 steps:
  1. Numbers’ location selection (as per customers’ subscription)
  2. Numbers’ quantity, state and prefix (based on country requirements)
  3. Number settings (Billing Account, Destination, Calling Plan)
  4. Confirmation
     
     
• Unassigned numbers' list
  Numbers without Calling plan are now listed in the same list as the numbers with calling plans.
  
  
• Announcements - Push notifications
  In order to receive push notifications by email, you can now subscribe to our feed. Click on "Get the latest posts to your inbox!"(just under the search bar above)

We are pleased to announce the new features available in the February 2021 release.

• Cost code
  The Cost code feature provide the capability to declare personnalized cost codes that you can apply to numbers. It will then be available in reportings and soon in the detailed invoice CSV.

• Announcements
  With this new feature, you are informed directly from the portal about all releases, updates, maintenances that are done or scheduled.

• Other improvements
  - Dark mode: this is a usefull feature to reduce eyes strain an improve battery life on mobile devices
  
  
  - Service Requests: multiple document uploads are possible (up to 5 per upload)
  - Performances upgrade
